Accordingly, Mini-Circuits?sales representatives have no right or authority to: (i) assume or create any obligation or liability, express or implied, on Mini-Circuits?behalf or bind Mini-Circuits to any contract, commitment or warranty (whether express or implied); (ii) approve or modify specifications, designs or technical or other data; or (iii) modify Mini-Circuit抯 standard limited warranty or standard terms and conditions of sale.
